Privacy Policy

How K8ix Group handles website enquiries and personal information.

Last updated: 23 September 2026 · Business location: Pakistan

Contact details pending: privacy@k8ixgroup.example is an illustrative address, not a monitored inbox. Use the verified details on our Contact Us page when available. This draft needs a working contact channel before it can serve as a complete notice.

1. Who we are and what this notice covers

K8ix Group is based in Pakistan. This notice explains the handling of personal information through our website and initial business enquiries. It covers visitors, prospective clients and business contacts. A separate service agreement and, where appropriate, a data processing agreement will govern information handled on behalf of clients. We do not claim that our location removes any mandatory privacy rights that apply to you.

2. Information provided by you

An enquiry may contain your name, email address, organisation, service interests and the project details you choose to share. Correspondence may also include contact preferences and information needed to assess a proposed engagement. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, confidential client records or other sensitive material through the general enquiry form. We will agree an appropriate channel if specific records are needed for contracted work.

3. Technical information and the project brief

Our hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, request times, browser information, requested pages and error logs to deliver and protect the website. The supplied enquiry form applies a short-lived, hashed network identifier for rate limiting. Downloading a project brief creates a file locally in your browser and does not send the entered details. If email enquiries are enabled, clicking Send enquiry transmits the form details to our website and configured email service. The supplied form does not create an enquiry database, although email providers and hosting systems may retain messages and operational logs.

4. Why information is used

We use relevant information to respond to requests, discuss requirements, prepare proposals, provide agreed services, manage business correspondence, protect the website and meet applicable legal obligations. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Marketing communications, if introduced, will follow the consent or other permission requirements that apply and provide a practical way to unsubscribe.

5. Legal grounds where applicable

Where a law such as the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies to our processing, the legal ground depends on the activity. Steps requested before a contract or performance of a contract may support individual client enquiries and services. Legitimate interests may support proportionate business-to-business correspondence and website security, taking account of individual rights. Legal obligations may require certain business records. Consent will be used where required, including for non-essential tracking if introduced. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

6. Service providers and other disclosures

Information may be accessible to authorised personnel and providers of hosting, email delivery, business communications and technical support where needed for their work. Relevant professional advisers or public authorities may receive information when required by law, to handle a dispute or to protect legitimate rights. Any new provider receiving personal information should be assessed and appropriately contracted before use. Provider names and locations must be confirmed in the final notice. We do not operate a personal-data sales service or configure advertising-data sharing in this website package.

7. International processing

K8ix Group operates from Pakistan, and its clients or service providers may be in other countries. When an applicable law restricts an international transfer, suitable arrangements must be in place before that transfer, which may include approved contractual safeguards or another permitted mechanism. This notice does not itself create those safeguards. Contact us through a verified channel for information about the arrangements relevant to your engagement.

8. Retention and deletion

Information should be kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose. Enquiry records are reviewed when discussions end; client correspondence is reviewed against the engagement, accounting obligations and relevant limitation periods; security logs are reviewed against operational needs. A record subject to a legal requirement or genuine dispute may be retained longer for that specific reason. The business must set and document its actual retention schedule and provider retention periods. The website rate-limit entry is configured to expire after ten minutes; this is separate from any hosting logs.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies and the circumstances, you may be entitled to access, correct or delete information, restrict or object to processing, receive certain information in a portable format, or withdraw consent. These rights are not identical in every country and may have legal exceptions. We may request proportionate information to verify identity before handling a request and will respond within the applicable legal period. You may also contact the relevant supervisory authority where a right to complain applies. The UK authority is the Information Commissioner’s Office; people in the EEA can contact the relevant national data protection authority.

10. Security, children and automated decisions

Access controls and technical safeguards should be proportionate to the information and services involved, but no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Our services and enquiry form are intended for adult business users, not children. If information about a child has been submitted unnecessarily, contact us so that it can be reviewed and removed as appropriate. This website package does not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

11. Cookies, external links and changes

Read our Cookie Policy for current website technologies. Social icons are ordinary links, not embedded social widgets. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own terms and privacy practices. We may update this notice as services, providers or legal requirements change and will show the updated date. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
