1. About K8ix Group

K8ix Group is a business based in Pakistan offering accounting and finance support, ecommerce management, technology development and digital marketing services. These terms describe use of this website and the initial enquiry process. A signed proposal, statement of work or other agreed service contract sets the commercial terms for an engagement. If there is a conflict, the specific service agreement governs that engagement, subject to mandatory law.

2. Website use and enquiries

You may use the website to learn about services and make lawful, genuine enquiries. Do not misuse forms, introduce harmful code, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate others or use content in a way that infringes rights. Information submitted should be accurate to the best of your knowledge, and you should have authority to share it. An enquiry, brief download or informal discussion does not by itself create a service contract or reserve a delivery date.

3. Scope, pricing and delivery

Before work begins, the parties should agree the deliverables, responsibilities, fees, currency, payment schedule, milestones and acceptance process. Third-party subscriptions, advertising spend, marketplace fees, hosting costs and taxes are included only where expressly stated. Timelines depend on the agreed scope, timely information and access, and any stated dependencies. Requested changes should be reviewed for their effect on cost and timing before they are carried out.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing lawful instructions, necessary approvals and information they are entitled to share. Accounts and permissions must comply with the relevant platform’s rules. Credentials should be shared through an agreed secure method, not through a public enquiry form. A client’s review, approvals and professional obligations remain with that client unless responsibility has been expressly and lawfully agreed otherwise.

5. Professional and platform limitations

Website content is general information, not personalised legal, investment or tax advice. Regulated services, statutory filings and jurisdiction-specific advice must be separately scoped and performed or reviewed by appropriately qualified people where required. Search rankings, sales, investment returns, marketplace approvals and advertising results depend on factors beyond our control and are not guaranteed. Third-party platforms may change their rules, features, pricing or availability.

6. Intellectual property and confidentiality

Website branding, text, code and images are protected by applicable rights or used under their respective licences. Third-party marks identify their owners and do not imply endorsement. A service agreement should specify ownership, licences, handover rights and any payment conditions for project deliverables. Each party should protect confidential information received for the engagement and use it only for an agreed purpose or as legally required. Do not assume information sent through an unsecured public channel is suitable for confidential exchange.

7. Payments, cancellation and refunds

Deposits, billing stages, cancellation rights and any refunds must be stated in the relevant proposal or service agreement before acceptance. There is no universal non-refundable-fee rule imposed by this website. Any work completed, committed third-party costs and outstanding obligations will be considered under the agreed terms and applicable law. Where mandatory consumer cancellation or refund rights apply, they remain unaffected.

8. Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep service descriptions useful and reasonably current, but the website may contain errors or be temporarily unavailable. Notify us of a material inaccuracy so it can be reviewed. Any limits on contractual liability must be set out in the agreed engagement and remain subject to applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable rights relating to fraud or other non-excludable conduct.

9. External projects and links

Devine Estimation and Ali Walay Foundation are presented as separate projects with their own purposes. A link or profile does not automatically make every project part of the same contract or establish a particular legal corporate relationship. Review the provider identity and agreement for the specific service you request. External websites operate under their own terms.

10. Law, concerns and updates

Unless a service agreement validly provides otherwise, these website terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable laws of Pakistan. This does not remove mandatory protections or legally required jurisdiction available to a person elsewhere. If a concern arises, contact us through a verified business channel so the parties can first attempt a practical resolution. These terms do not impose an unagreed arbitration requirement. We may revise the website terms prospectively and will display the updated date; an existing contract is changed only in accordance with its agreed change process.
